We now offer a Pre-K programs for 4 and 5 year olds, along with our Kindergarten Program. Miss Brenda Grimm, the teacher for this program, uses a thematic approach to help develop the "whole child." The program academically educates and spiritually nurtures the children in our community. As the youngsters learn about letters, numbers, shapes and sounds, they also develop friendships and learn how to interact with others.
The children explore nature and learn self management as they cooperate in group activities such as: making pumpkin pie, planning and exhibiting experiments at our yearly Science Fair, and learning more about Jesus. The students get plenty of physical exercise in our beautiful gymnasium or the wonderful outdoors. This spring the class will utilize our new greenhouse to grow and harvest their own vegetables. This wonderful program for four, five, and six year olds helps the children expand their horizons at an early age and allows them to grow in a safe, secure, and healthy country setting.
